  • State your email address and full name
  • Please also state your YourSafetynet account email address
  • Give a clear, concise description of your complaint

Processing

  • Complaints lacking any of the above-mentioned information will not be processed
  • We will respond to your complaint within 5 working days
  • The complaints procedure as outlined in Article 14 applies – Complaints Regulation of the Home Shopping General Terms & Conditions
