Complaint description
- State your email address and full name
- Please also state your YourSafetynet account email address
- Give a clear, concise description of your complaint
Processing
- Complaints lacking any of the above-mentioned information will not be processed
- We will respond to your complaint within 5 working days
- The complaints procedure as outlined in Article 14 applies – Complaints Regulation of the Home Shopping General Terms & Conditions
